Connect to your legislature
Don't wait! The purpose of this page is to take you through the process of getting connected to your legislature and getting started on your research for your legislative brief. Some of what is here you can find other places, but my purpose is to put as much guidance on a single page as possible.
The word on the street is that the legislative session will really start hopping after the Super Bowl, so I thought this would help you to be ready.
You need to have selected your bill to follow when we meet in class on the 15th. If you would submit your summary (on the form that is included on this page) into this Dropbox by midnight on the 14th, that would be helpful. Here is the link to the dropbox where you submit your bill and you can find the document if you need it.
I am also including a brief video here for you to review. It gives you some more detailed information about how to search bills and how to utilize the resources available to you. Email me if you have concerns or problems.
